About the Program

The Pearls of Promise Leadership Workshop Series, presented by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Mu Psi Omega Chapter, provides young women with meaningful opportunities to strengthen their leadership skills, build confidence, explore educational and career pathways, and serve their communities.

Through interactive workshops, service projects, mentoring, and engaging experiences, participants develop practical skills that prepare them to become confident leaders in their schools, communities, and beyond.

Helping participants prepare for higher education, financial aid, career exploration, and future opportunities.

Community Service
Creating hands-on opportunities for participants to identify community needs and make a positive impact.

An interactive experience designed to strengthen confidence while helping participants prepare for college, leadership, and their next chapter.

Coming Fall 2026

Community Service Project

Participants will create sanitary product boxes for placement in school bathrooms, transforming community donations into resources that directly support their peers.

 

FAFSA & Financial Aid Prep
A college-readiness workshop designed to help students and families better understand financial aid preparation and the steps involved in planning for college.
